Shipping Time

We strive to ship every order as promptly as possible. For items in stock, orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. After shipping, you can expect delivery within 3-5 days.

Please be aware that there may be delays during high order volumes or holiday seasons.

Preorders

For items marked as “Preorder” or related to our Kickstarter campaigns, please be aware that these products will ship at a future date. By purchasing a “preorder” item, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Future Shipping Dates: Preorder items will be shipped once they become available. This means there could be a delay between the purchase date and the shipping date.
2. Delayed and Late Shipments: Given the nature of preorders and Kickstarter campaigns, there may be unforeseen delays in production and shipping. We will keep you updated with any significant changes to the expected shipping dates.
3. Agreement to Delays: By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of delayed shipments and agree to wait for the product until it is ready to be shipped.

Standard Shipping: USA

We aim to minimize packaging by shipping items in as few boxes as possible. However, if any item requires additional processing time, we will ship items as soon as they become available.

Our shipping operations run Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US Holidays.

International Shipping

For international orders, we will ship items in as few boxes as possible once all items in your order are ready for shipment. Our shipping operations for international orders also run Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US Holidays.
